Motivation to increase the synchronized swimming coach qualification

Title: Motivation to increase the synchronized swimming coach qualification Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out what motivational factors could lead the Czech synchronized swimming coaches to improve their qualifications. Methods: The data obtained from the questionnaire survey was processed in Microsoft Excel 2016. Subsequently, it was sorted and further analyzed using basic statistical operations. Results: Interest in synchronized swimming and the need of the coaches' home clubs was the main motivational factor of the III. class coaches. Main motivational factor of II. class coaches was interest in this sport. The motive of the I. class coaches was mainly their own ambitions. Motivational factors for coaches who themselves want to further improve their qualifications are more diverse. These in particular are personal growth, interest in sports, achieving a higher level of expertise, and the possibility of better training the athletes. There are only a few motivational factors to change the opinion of coaches when they are reluctant to improve their qualifications. These include higher financial remuneration, and improvement of the level and availability of professional education. Title: Physical fitness identification of members of the Czech Athletic Federation Sport centres Objectives: The aim of the study is to find out whether coaches from the Sport centres of the Czech Athletic Federation understand the importance of the mandatory testing and monitor the motor and physical development of their athletes in other ways. Whether coaches are satisfied with the form of the mandatory testing and if they consciously influence the results of their athletes. Methods: To compile the theoretical part of this thesis, the method of literature research was used. The input data for the research was collected using an electronic questionnaire. The data was converted from the web form into an excel file and then statistically processed. Open-ended questions were evaluated individually. The evaluation of the results is demonstrated in graphs. Results: The evaluation of the questionnaire responses revealed that the majority of the coaches perceived the importance of the testing. Motivation for the mandatory testing is for them the opportunity to monitor motor and physical development of athletes. Analysis of sports agents activities in connection with identifying and developing sports talents (on the examples of football and ice hockey).

1 Abstract Title: Analysis of sports agents activities in connection with identifying and developing sports talents (on the examples of football and ice hockey). Objectives: The goals of this study was to analyze the activities of sports agents in ice hockey and football. The actual research was conducted by comparing the information from 4 groups of probands - a) Sports agents, b) Coaches, c) sports managers, d) players. Methods: The main research methor chosen was a qualitative research approach, information was obtained in two ways: a) providing a structured interview (sports agents, coaches and managers) and b) a questionnaire with open questions (players). Results: The research results showed similar ways of view of sports agents in the field of football and ice hockey. Individual groups of probands understand the activities of agents in different terms. A unifying feature defined by all groups is representation of players in terms of negotiation for professional contracts with clubs. Sport activities of the persons with mental disabilities

Title: Sports activities for people with mental disabilities Purpose: Give information about the sport of individuals with mental retardation at the sports club level and its personal and materiál provision. Methods of research: Quantitative analysis was used for this thesis. To attain the purpose of research were used non-standard questionnaire . This non-standard questionnaire obtained 23 questions to determine personal and professional provisions at sports clubs associated with the Czech Associaton of Mentalyy Disabled Athletes and also actions where these individual clubs are participating. Results: Based on the research we were able to determine that 63% representatives associated with the Czech Association of Mentally Disabled Athletes have pedagogical education. 73 % of their activity is voluntary, often without any compensation. Material, space and personal conditions are acceptable at club level but possibilities for improvement are in all spheres.
